Karin Brushmarker Pro contains 2.4 ml of water-based and non-toxic paint. The colors are produced with Karin’s Liquid Ink Technology, which ensures that the color remains as fine until the last drop. All have a fantastic Japanese nylon nib that is more durable than ordinary felt tips and at the same time provides a fantastic stun and line variation. The set comes in a box.
The Pen is filled with a fantastically fine and pigment-rich color that you can have a lot of fun with. Thanks to their high quality, they are great to mix with each other (tip to tip, on a piece of plastic or using a brush and water). They can also be diluted with water without losing much of the “clarity” of the color because it is so concentrated.
The Pens work really well on Lettering Paper Smooth. Because they are so generous with their color, they can flow a little extra on coated paper. Try them out and see what you think. Because they have a rich color, they may have a slightly longer drying time than regular pens, so don’t erase too soon. Store them upright with the cap facing up.
The tip of the Karin Brushmarker PRO is substantial, a little larger than the Edding 1340 Brush and Stabilo Brush, more like the Faber-Castell Goldfaber Aqua if we are to compare.
